Director of Operations for The Crack Shack, DAN PENA leads the team in everyday execution and future growth of the concept. The Crack Shack’s Culinary Director, JON SLOAN, sacrificed countless days of great surf for long hours of toiling in the development of batters, coatings, and marinades, and continues to lead the team to success with innovative specials and culinary partnerships.
