G-Free eaters, rejoice! We’ve perfected a gluten free version of our SoCal famous fried chicken that even gluten fiends are falling in love with.
Our gluten-free fried chicken starts with the same Fresh, Organic, Non-GMO, “Beyond Free Range” Jidori birds, but is breaded with a certified gluten free quinoa flour mix. It is both prepared and fried separately from all other menu items to prevent cross-contamination.
Like its gluten-ous counterpart, Gluten Free Bone-In comes in a 5-piece order (half bird) or 10-piece order (whole bird), and is available at select locations on select days (just for now, while we perfect the process and monitor demand!):
